Jalon Daniels Pledges to MTSU

The MTSU Blue Raiders are on the board again, this time with the commitment of California quarterback Jalon Daniels.

On August 16, MTSU picked up a big coup on the recruiting trail with the addition of Jalon Daniels.

Daniels took to Twitter Friday to announce his commitment to the Blue Raiders

Back in July, specifically July 13, Daniels announced his top five schools on social media.

The five schools were: Air Force, New Mexico State, Army, MTSU, and Eastern Washington.

Daniels put together some gaudy statistics during his 2018 junior year campaign. He threw for 2,400 yards through the air to go with 950 yards rushing.

Daniels high school squad won state in 2018. Although Daniels is listed as a pocket-passing quarterback, he is more than capable of using his legs.

Daniels also boasts offers from the likes of: Azusa, New Hampshire, Louisiana, Bryant, and UT Martin.
