Zack Dobson Transfer Reaction

The Middle Tennessee State football program took a hit when Zack Dobson opted to enter the transfer portal. In 2018, Dobson had 15 catches for 171 yards and four touchdowns receptions. Also in 2018, he had 16 rushing attempts for 214 yards. That is 13.4 yards per carry.

In 2019 he had 16 snares for 242 yards and three touchdowns. During that campaign, he had 17 rushing attempts for 113 yards, averaging 6.6 yards per carry.

Dobson was a big play threat at MT. In 2018 his longest reception was 46 yards, and his longest run was 48 yards. In 2019 his biggest receiving play was 43 yards, while his longest run was 21 yards.

Dobson announced his decision on Twitter on June 18.

This decision sent shockwaves across Blue Raider nation, as well to those in general who follow college football. MT fans remorse, while fans of other programs salivate at the prospect of landing Dobson.
